Downtown Jaco Fiesta Penthouse

This downtown four-bedroom 2,690 sf apartment, with a massive 1,076 sf terrace overlooking Jaco’s bustling main street is the perfect location to enjoy year-round fiesta time and your bachelor or bachelorette party. Watch the street action in real time from your own third-floor private terrace.  Walk to dozens of restaurants in under five minutes. The walk to the beach and the beachfront restaurants is a mere three minutes. Hotel Cocal and Casino is a five-minute walk.

This penthouse apartment is on the third floor of a building on the main street in downtown Jacó, which also has the XTC night club on the second floor, and restaurants on the ground floor. It’s also across the street from the Orange night club, so it’s right in the middle of the action. Do not stay here if you’re planning for a quiet time.

Please note: The XTC night club on the floor below the apartment opens Wednesday through Sunday from 8:00 pm through 2:30 am.  The Orange night club across the street opens every day from 7:00 pm through 2:30 am.  These businesses and their opening hours may change without notice, and we cannot guarantee them.  We cannot control their volume either.

The apartment is fully air conditioned and offers four bedrooms, all with LED screens, three full bathrooms with shower, a living area with couches around a LED screen and a desk, and a full kitchen with large refrigerator.  The oversized terrace with high ceilings offers a dining table for eight people, plenty of lounge seating, chaise longues for sunbathing, and a gas grill.

Here, you will not have neighbors complaining about noise and adult guests are allowed. The base price is set for four people, with up to four additional adult guests. If you would like to have more day guests (up to eight more) please let us know in advance as additional per person fees apply. Also, with prior written authorization, you may have a party for up to fifty guests, for an additional fee.

We can arrange for on-site spa services, a private chef, bartender, and DJ.  Please inquire.

* Pets allowed: only dogs that do not shed hair.  A $26.25 + VAT pet fee per stay per dog will be requested on arrival. This pet fee does not cover damages caused by pet.  Dog must not climb beds or furniture and be on a leash in the building’s public areas.  Owner must collect and dispose properly of all dog waste.
